Robin Doenicke will be instructing at the Hunters Hill Dojo on Saturday, 14th June 2008. Robin is ranked 14th dan and lives and trains in Japan.

Australian Shihan Taikai
Saurday, March 31 - Sunday, April 1 2007

What a great event! So many Shihan in one room and two days of being "grease spots". It was a pleasure to see that students from fellow schools were so open to training together and with students from other schools. I had the pleasure of training with some guys from NSW country as well as students fom the other Sydney based dojos.

Some of the highlights of the event were:-

- Shihan Jamie Macinnich and his massive Bisento (I heard a few gasps of awe when that came out)
- Shihan Gillian Booth's last technique of the seminar (all of us were in stitches)
- Shihan Duncan Stewart's Japanese Dance (I saw another Shihan do exactly the same dance and Duncan's had such a different feeling - much nicer!)
